CITADEL Talk WPRO-A/PROVIDENCE will keep STEVE LAFFEY on the air for his monthly show while he runs in the Republican primary for the Senate seat now held by LINCOLN CHAFEE (R-RI), and has offered equal time to CHAFEE and other candidates. CHAFEE has declined the offer but at least one Democratic candidate, SHELDON WHITEHOUSE, has accepted the offer.
