  EAST CAROLINA RADIO Active Rock WOBX/NAG HEAD, NC is going through some programming changes that include leaving the Rock format. PD CUERVO CURTIS told ALL ACCESS he was not permitted to comment at this time but confirmed a format flip was imminent.
  The station is currently simulcasting sister Classic Rocker WOBR.
