Fine Cancelled
The FCC has canceled a proposed $750 fine against NORTH CUSTER RADIO, INC. for a late license renewal application for FM translator K232CL/CHALLIS, ID.
The fine was lifted because of financial hardship, with the licensee demonstrating that the translator makes no money.
