WCKT Morning Show Team Exits, Changes Pending

The CLEAR CHANNEL Country WCKT (CAT COUNTRY 100.1)/FT. MYERS, FL morning team RICK McGEE and MELANIE HEINKEL exited the station TODAY (9/1). PD LOUIS KAPLAN tells ALL ACCESS that there is an announcement pending for changes on the morning show. Part-timer GENTRY THOMAS is currently filling in for the morning show.

Check back with ALL ACCESS for further news on changes at WCKT in the coming days, of which KAPLAN said: “We are not going anywhere and we are very optimistic about the future.”
