WPPZ Taps Niecy Tribbett For Weekends

RADIO ONE National Dir/Inspiration Formats and OM of Urban AC WRNB and Black Gospel WPPZ(PRAISE 103.9)/PHILADELPHIA ERLOY SMITH has tapped NIECY TRIBBETT to join the WPPZ family. NIECY is the mother of famed gospel singer TYE TRIBBETT.

She will start doing weekends beginning this SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 4th at 2p. NIECY is no stranger to radio, having worked in the market at cross-town CLEAR CHANNEL Urban AC WDAS.

“God is in the blessing business by giving us the talents of NIECY TRIBBETT,” said ELROY SMITH. “ The day that she debuts on PRAISE 103.9 the phone lines will be jammed. She contributed so much of her love and energy to the faith based community in this city.”
