Three LMA'd In Texas

ARA R. DAYIAN's TEXAS-based MAX MEDIA, LLC, no relation to the MAX MEDIA group based in VIRGINIA, has LMA'd three TEXAS stations from WILLIAM H. BROTHERS' TOWER INVESTMENT TRUST, INC. in a two-year agreement with an option to buy the stations.  The stations include new stations KXXN/WICHITA FALLS, KTTY/NEW BOSTON-TEXARKANA, and KLOW/PARIS, TX.

TODD W. FOWLER of FOWLER MEDIA CONSULTING, LLC served as broker for the deal.
