Faith Hill To Make Football Picks For The Tennessean

WARNER BROS./NASHVILLE artist FAITH HILL, who is the musical voice of NBC-TV’s SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL, will be picking games during the NFL season along with sports writers from THE TENNESSEAN. Their picks will appear every THURSDAY in THE TENNESSEAN. Fans can also pick games through an online contest to see if they can do better than HILL, with one winner getting a “VIP Fan Experience” at the DECEMBER 19th TENNESSEE TITANS game in NASHVILLE.

Sports Editor LARRY TAFT said: “We wanted to invite FAITH back because she did so well last year. And since most of our writers weren’t able to out-pick her, we thought we’d give readers a chance.”

Last year, HILL went 171-86, better than all current sports reporters. This year she’ll be picking against TENNESSEAN staffers JIM WYATT, DAVID CLIMER, JOE BIDDLE and JOHN GLENNON.

FAITH said: “No doubt in my mind that TENNESSEE’s football fans will be tougher than the experts. Bring it on -- and go TITANS!”
