CHERRY MILLER KANE ENTERTAINMENT Manager DANA MILLER tells ALL ACCESS, "Yo! And so it goes. Twenty-one years ago this summer, we lost MATTHEW MURRAY to AIDS. Last night we lost DAVID WHITE to AIDS. And thousands in between. Perhaps the walking billboards announcing certain death are long gone, but the death itself is not. Lots of folks are living with HIV. Right here in our own backyard, 25% of them don't know. Communities of color are being swacked and politicians, smelling the next great opportunity have turned their back on this plague. Many of those kats we thought of as friends have snuck away in the dead of night."
"On SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 26th, I am producing the giant CALIFORNIA AIDS WALK FOOD & MUSIC FESTIVAL in GRIFFITH PARK that will end with a concert under the stars at the GREEK THEATRE," MILLER continued. "For a contribution of $50 bucks you could be there. It's free food, wonderful music, amusement rides and a concert. And your contibution will directly impact people living with AIDS in SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA in a wonderful way!"
Concluding, MILLER said, "Please take a second to go to www.walkeatdance.org and hit donate, type in my name and make a donation. Any amount, even $5 bucks, would be wonderful."
