  The FCC has granted SMILE FM's application for a new noncommercial FM at MOUNT FOREST, MI, denying a petition against the grant by MIDLAND SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH.
  MIDLAND challenged SMILE FM's use of MOUNT FOREST as a licensable community and objected to the directional antenna proposed by SMILE FM.
