Congrats to MAX MEDIA/VIRGINIA BEACH Dir./Operations & Programming JOHN SHOMBY and his niece SARA, who completed the VIRGINIA BEACH ROCK AND ROLL HALF-MARATHON over LABOR DAY weekend. Over 20,000 runners participated, and they both finished in the top third of the runners.
SARA’s time was just under two hours, and SHOMBY’s time was 2:13.
