NEWRELEASETUESDAY.COM (NRT) announced the launch of NRT RADIO, a 24/7 online radio station that will play the latest new releases in Christian music.

NRT RADIO will operate by unique guidelines including only playing music from an artist's latest release, keeping repetition of songs to a minimum and playing both known radio singles as well as deep tracks on albums. The online station will play Christian music from multiple genres including Pop, Rock, Adult Contemporary, Urban, Rap and Worship.

"People love all types of music, and there are not a lot of stations that blend the genres into one continuous format. We feel a good song is a good song and are extremely excited to help broaden our audience's expectations of what Christian music has to offer without forcing them to change the channel to a specific genre," said NRT Founder KEVIN McNEESE.
 
Twenty-year radio veteran BILL LURWICK will serve as PD.  "There are so many songs that don't get played on traditional radio, mostly due to smaller and repetitive playlists built from suggested radio singles.  We're excited to smash the mold that has dominated radio for so long, offering over 100 songs at launch and adding at least five new songs a week, more than four times the average station, without a single repeat," said LURWICK.
