CAMRORY BROADCASTING, INC., with FARMERS AND MERCHANTS BANK, is selling Classic Hits KZAT-F/BELLE PLAINE, IA to GRUPO ROBLE, LLC for $200,000 plus an LMA before closing.
In another deal filed with the FCC, EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling FM translator W259AZ/PETERSBURG, IL to SAGA COMMUNICATIONS OF ILLINOIS, LLC for $32,000.
JOHN C. TRENT, ESQ., acting receiver for PEREGON COMMUNICATIONS, has filed with the FCC to sell Spanish Hits WQVA-A (RADIO RITMO)/LEXINGTON, SC to BROOMFIELD BROADCASTING OF LEXINGTON, INC. for $50,000. TRENT was appointed acting receiver for PEREGOM on JUNE 17th.
And SPOKANE TRANSLATOR ASSOCIATION is trading K222BG/DARTFORD, WA to THIN AIR COMMUNITY RADIO in exchange for low-power FM KYRS-LP/SPOKANE. The swap will allow THIN AIR to own new noncommercial KYRS/MEDICAL LAKE, WA by divesting the LPFM.
Also, HOLY FAMILY COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has closed on its purchase of Business Talk WBIX-A/BOSTON from WBIX, INC. for $1 million plus a $500,000 donation letter. The buyer, which is taking the station dark, plans to rechristen the station WQOM with a Catholic format.
