THE LAST BASTION STATION TRUST, LLC, the trust spinning off some CITADEL properties, is converting its LMA of Alternative KINB (105.3 THE SPY)/KINGFISHER-OKLAHOMA CITY to BRIAN HOWARD ("FERRIS O'BRIEN")'s SPYMEDIA, LLC to an outright purchase for $2 million.  SPYMEDIA has been operating the station under an LMA since NOVEMBER 23, 2009.

In another deal filed with the FCC, THE MOODY BIBLE INSTITUTE OF CHICAGO is selling FM translator K216CI/JACKSON, WY to VIC MICHAEL's MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY TRANSLATORS, LLC for $25,000.

And CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. has applied for a Silent STA for FM translator K208DO/NAPA, CA pending approval and construction of an antenna change to alleviate interference.
