Justin Townes Earle Arrested For Destroying Venue Property

Singer-songwriter JUSTIN TOWNES EARLE was arrested THURSDAY (9/16) following his concert in INDIANAPOLIS, according to UNDERCOVER.

JUSTIN, who is the son of STEVE EARLE and stepson of ALLISON MOORER, was charged with battery, public intoxication and resisting law enforcement.

JUSTIN reportedly became belligerent during his set after being heckled by audience members and following his set trashed his dressing room at the venue, destroyed equipment backstage and punched the club owner's daughter.

JUSTIN spent the night in the local jail, which caused him to miss a LOUISVILLE radio appearance the next day. He tweeted: "Sorry for missing radio LOUISVILLE. I was in jail! Making the show at headliners though. Free again!!!"
