BORDER MEDIA/SAN ANTONIO VP/English Programming MARK LANDIS has agreed to a three-year contract extension. BORDER's cluster includes Adult Hits JACK-FM, Top 40 KTFM, News/Talk KTSA-A, ESPN Radio and three Spanish stations.
