WAPE Names 'Carter' AMD/Nights

COX RADIO Top 40/Mainstream WAPE (THE BIG APE)/JACKSONVILLE has appointed TODD "CARTER" BARNETT AMD/night show personality. Previously, he was doing weekends at WWWQ (Q100)/ATLANTA and before that was PD at WYKS (KISS 105.3)/GAINESVILLE FL.

"[CARTER's] programming knowledge and on-air experience in a PPM market will bring lots to the table here," PD TIM CLARKE said. His first day will be OCT. 12th
