Clear Channel Radio Chicago Launches Public Service Campaign

EARL JONES, President & Market Mgr. of Clear Channel Radio Chicago today announced a $1 million public service campaign urging listeners to register and vote in the 2010 CONGRESSIONAL ELECTIONS on NOVEMBER 2nd, 2010.
Through a series of on-air strategic messages from station personalities and community leaders, CLEAR CHANNEL RADIO CHICAGO’S 107.5 WGCI, 103.5 KISS-FM, 93.9 The Lite FM, V103, MEGA 95.5 and Inspiration 1390, will provide the Chicagoland community with detailed information on the voter registration process and the importance of voting in the mid-term elections.
The public service campaign also will include the introduction of a dedicated community website, www.clearlyconnectedchicago.com, featuring voter registration information, voting procedures, voting locations, absentee ballot information, online polls and station podcasts.
