Cadillac Jack To Step Away From New York Duties, Concentrate On Boston And Providence

CADILLAC JACK will be cutting back on his trips to the gas station for those BOSTON to NEW YORK runs, as CLEAR CHANNEL SVP/Programming TOM POLEMAN announced JACK will give up his programming duties at Urban WWPR (POWER 105)/NEW YORK by the end of the year. JACK will focus on BOSTON and PROVIDENCE.

Wrote POLEMAN, "It’s with mixed emotions that I share with you that CADILLAC will be leaving POWER 105 to return full-time to his role as OM for BOSTON and PROVIDENCE at the end of the year. It’s a decision that he’s been weighing heavily for some time. CADILLAC’s contributions to POWER, and all of our N.Y. stations, have been vast. He’s one of the smartest programmers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He’s also a great person. He’s developed an outstanding team and has shaped POWER for continued success."
