CAPITOL RECORDS NASHVILLE has announced that MELISSA FULLER SPILLMAN has been promoted to A&R Manager, where she will act as the A&R department’s liaison with producers, publishers, management and artists on behalf of CAPITOL RECORDS NASHVILLE and EMI RECORDS NASHVILLE.

CAPITOL/NASHVILLE Pres./CEO MIKE DUNGAN said: “MELISSA has always kept her ears to the street and her eyes on the goal line. I am happy to recognize her contribution with this promotion to A&R Manager.”

SPILLMAN has been with CAPITOL RECORDS NASHVILLE since MAY 2006 when she was hired as a Marketing Coordinator. Prior to working at CAPITOL RECORDS, she was a management assistant at DREAMCATCHER ENTERTAINMENT with artists KENNY ROGERS, JO DEE MESSINA and others.
