CROMWELL Top 40 WQZQ (THE PARTY)/NASHVILLE VP/GM BOB REICH confirms that the station is going to spin the format wheel with a target date of OCTOBER 3rd to land on Hot AC with the new moniker, VENUS. 

OM JIM PATRICK will head the programming effort, and MD/middayer SAM EASLEY remains in place. Morning show trio LULU, BRAD & TRISH all shift to afternoons, being replaced by JEFFERSON-PILOT syndicated morning stars BOB & SHERI. WQZQ night personality TRIPPER will stay on to produce them.
