In other deals filed with the FCC, WPW BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Talk WLBK-A/DEKALB, IL to DEKALB COUNTY BROADCASTERS, INC. for $575,000 plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.

CAROLINA BROADCASTING AND PUBLISHING, INC., as trustee, is transferring Spanish Hits WLGD (LA GRAN D)/JACKSONVILLE, NC back to CAPITOL BROADCASTING CO.'s SUNRISE BROADCASTING, LLC after CAPITOL announced the sale of Alternative WSFM/WILMINGTON, NC.  SUNRISE can now retain WLGD under the FCC's ownership caps.

PENSACOLA CHRISTIAN COLLEGE, INC. is selling FM translator W207AZ/ST. AUGUSTINE. FL to MEDIA FOR AMERICAN VALUES, INC. for $25,000.

CRAIG BOWMAN is assigning FM translator W285DY/LUDINGTON, MI to MMP1, LLC for no consideration.

LANDMARK BAPTIST CHURCH, INC. OF HAINES CITY, FLORIDA has applied for a Silent STA for WLVF/HAINES CITY, FL, citing a loss of its transmitter site after the location was transferred from one family member to another.

BEST MEDIA, INC. is applying for a Silent STA for WWBM/YATES, GA due to interference from changes to another station.
