CLEAR CHANNEL Hot AC KMXP (MIX 96.9)/PHOENIX's MATTHEW BLADE's morning show is stepping up to defend breast cancer survivor ANA CASTILLO, whose HOPE photo received national attention -- but was taken down by FACEBOOK because they deemed it "inappropriate."
