MIKE SHAFFER is joining DELMARVA Top 40 WSTW/WILMINGTON, DE for nights. Previously he was APD/MD/afternoon drive at LEIGHTON Top 40 KCLD/ST. CLOUD, MN.

WSTW APD/MD MIKE ROSSI told ALL ACCESS, "We're excited to fill this important roster spot with a real pro.  We're looking forward to getting MIKE here, and showing him around the market that he'll surely be dominating in short order."

SHAFFER replaces JOE ALAN, who moved up to afternoon drive at WSTW in JULY, following the exit of ROB "A-GAME" ACAMPORA.
