Congrats to Country artist/songwriters JESSICA ANDREWS and MARCEL CHAGNON, who have announced they will tie the knot on NOVEMBER 11th, 2011, according to an article in THE BOOT. The couple will celebrate their 10 year anniversary two months shy of that date.

MARCEL (who goes by his first name professionally) tells THE BOOT that JESSICA just moved into his home in the NASHVILLE area and they are already talking about kids. “We’ll probably get pregnant in another three years, when she’s 29. She wants to get pregnant before she’s 30.”
