Max 97.7/Cincinnati LMA'd In Lieu Of Format Flip

FIRST BROADCASTING has consummated a Local Marketing Agreement (LMA) for Variety Hits WOXY (MAX 97.7)/CINCINNATI with TSJ RADIO LLC, which operates THE SPANISH JOURNAL. The agreement officially starts NOVEMBER 1st, at which the fromat will be flipped to some kind of Spanish-language programming.

TSJ also has an option to purchase the station.which is currently simulcasting FIRST BROADCASTING sister WAOL/RIPLEY, OH.
