KPNT's Woody And Rizzuto Kick Off 'Suck It In 2010'

EMMIS Alternative KPNT (105.7 THE POINT)/ST. LOUIS' WOODY AND RIZZUTO are campaigning to be the morning show in THE GATEWAY CITY and the "SUCK IT IN 2010" campaign trail launched quite successfully this past FRIDAY, OCTOBER 1st at KENRICKS.

WOODY AND RIZZUTO, joined by their producer TONY PATRICO, "MAYOR" of the show FRED from FRED'S CHEAPO DEPOT, and other members of THE POINT staff held their official campaign KICK OFF PARTY handing out SUCK IT IN 2010 STICKERS, buttons, and yard signs to hundreds of POINT listeners.

Over 150 SUCK IT IN 2010 T-shirts were sold with proceeds benefitting THE LYMPHOMA RESEARCH FOUNDATION, and additional KPNT clients joined them on-site offering services and specials to also benefit the foundation.

RIZZUTO told ALL ACCESS, "Once a week, we're going out, meeting the people, pressing the flesh and kissing the babies. We're 'campaigning to be SAINT LOUIS' morning show.' The first stop was a huge success! Over 800 people showed up on a FRIDAY afternoon at a butcher shop."

WOODY AND RIZZUTO's campaign trail continues with additional campaign stops each week throughout OCTOBER, leading up to election day on NOVEMBER 2ND!
