 CLEAR CHANNEL RADIO has upped KELI WILLIAMS to Sales Dir. of its LITTLE ROCK cluster, which includes Country KSSN, Alternative KDJE (100.3 THE EDGE), Gospel KHLR (106.7 HALLELUJAH), Adult Hits KHKN (94.9 TOM-FM) and Country KMJX (105.1 THE WOLF). WILLIAMS replaces KEVIN WALTMAN who was transferred to TALLAHASSEE, FL.
