SEA-COMM MEDIA Triple A WUIN (THE PENGUIN)/WILMINGTON, NC should be changing frequencies at the beginning of 2011 as the parent company is scheduled to complete the pending purchase of the 25,000-watt 98.3 frequency, currently occupied by Alternative WSFM.
Decisions on the future of WSFM’s format will be made soon, possibly connected to SEA-COMM’s pursuit of another FM signal in the market.
