Syndicated air personality BUBBA THE LOVE SPONGE has filed suit against porn actress DEVON JAMES (also known as MELINDA JANNETTE or MELINDA BRINLING), claiming she violated the deal by either attempting to sell a videotape she claims shows her having sex with WOODS. TAMPABAY.COM reports that the lawsuit seeks injunctive relief and damages above $15,000.

BUBBA asserts that soon after JAMES alleged that she had an affair with TIGER WOODS, he signed her to an exclusive rights deal that gave him a cut of all profits for $3,500. However, JAMES' husband and manager -- who goes by either NICK JAMES or NICK JANNETTE -- claimed that the videotape is his and has already been sold to another party he would not divulge. A website has appeared saying advance sales of the tape will start OCT. 15th.

To put it mildly, JAMES' notion of the truth has often been put into question. She first claimed that woods was the father of her nine-year-old son, but her mother told RADAR ONLINE the allegation was a hoax to make money. Her former manager, GINA RODRIGUEZ, that the sex type was a hoax. Even BUBBA's producer, BRENT HATLEY, investigated her allegations before concluding that she was not telling the truth.
