Illinois Sportscaster Art Kimball Dies

Condolences to family and friends of veteran ILLINOIS sportscaster and radio station owner ART KIMBALL, who died SUNDAY (10/10) in BLOOMINGTON at 78.

KIMBALL served as play-by-play voice for several colleges and high schools on several stations, including ILLINOIS STATE football and men's basketball and ILLINOIS WESLEYAN sports on WJBC-A/BLOOMINGTON, IL.  He hosted the "IHSA SPORTS REPORT," which aired on stations across the state, and owned stations in MENDOTA, IL and SHELBYVILLE, IN.
