Microsoft Windows Phone 7 Includes FM

New Platform Is Radio Friendly

MICROSOFT made a lot of noise yesterday with its launch of the WINDOWS PHONE 7 platform, setting up a battle with the iPHONE and ANDROID systems, calling it a "fresh start for the Smartphone," "a different kind of phone" and a "game changer for MICROSOFT."

Buried in the hoopla was the news that WINDOWS PHONE 7 will be radio friendly.

MICROSOFT has leveraged its ZUNE platform in the music and video hub which makes syncing from your PC and carrying your audio and video collection easy. The hub includes an FM radio, which makes it the lone smartphone to do so.
