  The FCC has fined two more stations for late license renewal applications and remaining on the air after their licenses had expired.
  CORNELL COLLEGE, licensee of noncommercial KRNL-F/MT. VERNON, IA, has been fined $7,000 for the infraction, and APPLEGATE MEDIA has been fined $5,600 for the same violation at Religion KAPL-A/PHOENIX, OR.
