RADIO DISNEY's previously-announced sale of its silent KALY-A/ALBUQUERQUE to the nonprofit JENNIFER SMART FOUNDATION carries a price tag of $125,000, according to the contract attached to the deal's FCC filing.

The late LARRY SCHRECONGOST's VERNAL ENTERPRISES, INC sells WTYM-A/KITTANNING, PA to FAMILY-LIFE MEDIA-COM, INC. for $150,000.  The buyer has been operating the station under a Time Brokerage Agreement since JULY.

LAKE MICHIGAN BROADCASTING, INC. is selling WMTE-A/MANISTEE, MI to ROY E. HENDERSON for $30,225.

SHINE THE LIGHT, INC. is selling FM translator K235BP/BEMIDJI, MN to PAUL BUNYAN BROADCASTING CO. for $50,000.  The buyer will use the translator to simulcast Sports KBUN-A/BEMIDJI.

CUMBERLAND COMMUNITIES COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION is selling FM translator W284BV/GREENEVILLE, TN to BRISTOL BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. for $25,000.

GOOD NEWS BROADCASTING OF TEXAS is selling FM translator K292FK/PLEASANTON, TX to CARLOS LOPEZ for $25,000.

TED TUCKER's COCHISE MEDIA LICENSES LLC has asked for an extension of a Silent STA for KPAU/CENTER, CO for more time to move the station to an elevated transmitter site.

RADIO POWER INC. has applied for a continuation of its Silent STA for K281AQ/MINERAL WELLS, TX, and for Silent STAs for W273BX/MORA, MN and W230BI/OXFORD, MI due to economic factors.

HARDWARE MONKEY has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for W257EQ/LOGAN, OH due to problems obtaining retransmission consent with its primary programming source.

LC MEDIA LP has applied for a 45 watt booster at SUNNYMEAD RANCH, CA for Top 40/Rhythmic KQIE (Q104.7)/REDLANDS, CA.  KQIE moved into the RIVERSIDE-SAN BERNARDINO market from PALM SPRINGS this year; the booster will fill in coverage in the RIVERSIDE and COLTON areas.
