DCRTV.com is reporting that RED ZEBRA BROADCASTING will sell WXTR-A/ALEXANDRIA, VA-WASHINGTON to METRO RADIO, which is flipping the station to Talk under an LMA as "THE TRUTH" with the WTNT-A call letters being given up by RED ZEBRA's 570 AM (which flipped to Sports as WSPZ-A).
The new WTNT's lineup will be similar to the old WTNT schedule, with TALK RADIO NETWORK's "AMERICA'S MORNING NEWS," LAURA INGRAHAM, MICHAEL SAVAGE, and JERRY DOYLE included.
WXTR has been airing a temporary Oldies format since dropping Spanish Sports through ESPN DEPORTES RADIO a week ago.
