New Toronto FM To Serve Gay/Lesbian Community

A new low power FM to serve TORONTO's gay and lesbian community has been approved by the CRTC. The station, which will be on 103.9 FM with 50 watts, will be owned by RAINBOW MEDIA GROUP, a partnership of EVANOV RADIO GROUP's CKMW RADIO LTD. and GEORGE MARCHI. Programming will include a weekday mix of Top 40, pop, and Classic Hits, with weekends featuring Dance, WOrld Music, R&B, club mixes, easy listening, Jazz, and Latin beat music.
