CAPITOL/NASHVILLE artist DIERKS BENTLEY held his annual “Miles & Music For Kids” event in NASHVILLE yesterday (10/17), which included a motorcycle ride and concert. There were 1,200 bikers who participated in the ride, and a crowd of 5,000 fans packed NASHVLLE's RIVERFRONT PARK to see performances by DIERKS, MIRANDA LAMBERT, LUKE BRYAN, DEL McCOURY, HEIDI NEWFIELD, JERROD NIEMANN, MAT KEARNEY and LAURA BELL BUNDY.
The event raised $250,990.62 for MONROE CARELL JR. CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL at VANDERBILT. The entire "Miles & Music" series has raised a total of over $1.5 million for CHILDREN'S MIRACLE NETWORK hospitals in PHOENIX, DALLAS-FORT WORTH, ATLANTA and SEATTLE.
Kudos to all involved.
