REPRISE/NASHVILLE artist BLAKE SHELTON appeared on the E! ENTERTAINMENT show CHELSEA LATELY last night (10/19). The show marked the 600th episode of ‘CHELSEA LATELY,’ and the third by BLAKE -- the only Country artist to make it more than twice.
