Echo Award Marks Final Year As PD For KSBJ's Jon Hull

KSBJ EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION Christian AC KSBJ/HOUSTON PD JON HULL was named Major Market PD of the Year at the CHRISTIAN MUSIC BROADCASTERS (CMB) ECHO AWARDS in SEPTEMBER IN ORLANDO.  The award marks his last year as KSBJ PD as HULL will transition to serve the KSBJ mentoring program, assisting other Christian broadcasters domestically and internationally.

“I’m humbled and thrilled to receive this honor.  It’s easy to succeed when you work with such a talented and dedicated group of Christian communicators.  This has been a banner year for KSBJ in so many areas, and to be chosen for this award is truly the icing on an already sweet cake!  I thank God for the opportunity," said HULL.

HULL has been with KSBJ for more than 14 years and has served as PD for 12 years.  Under HULL's tenure as PD, KSBJ has consistently ranked as one of the top-rated radio stations in the HOUSTON DMA and as one of the most successful Christian music stations in the nation.
