The WASHINGTON POST's PAUL FARHI is reporting that WASHINGTON REDSKINS owner DANIEL SNYDER's RED ZEBRA BROADCASTING is taking ESPN RADIO away from CLEAR CHANNEL Sports WTEM-A/WASHINGTON for his own soon-to-be-launched Sports station on two suburban class A FMs. WTEM presently clears ESPN's MIKE GREENBERG and MIKE GOLIC in mornings and DAN PATRICK in middays. RED ZEBRA will launch the new format on WBPS/WARRENTON, VA and WBZS/PRINCE FREDERICK, MD, both presently Spanish, and possibly WKDL-A/ALEXANDRIA, VA, also purchased in RED ZEBRA's deal with MEGA COMMUNICATIONS.
