DCRTV.COM reports that HEARST-ARGYLE Talk WBAL-A/BALTIMORE weekend host BRUCE ELLIOTT is joining CLEAR CHANNEL News-Talk WILM-A/WILMINGTON and WDOV-A/DOVER, DE as PD and morning host.
ELLIOTT replaces MARK FOWSER, who exited the WILM PD post in AUGUST.
