It was wedding bells for KATY PERRY and comedian RUSSELL BRAND, who exchanged vows on SATURDAY night at the AMAN-I-KHAS luxury resort in RAJASTAN, INDIA.

The location was the spot where BRAND proposed to PERRY last New Year's Eve.

A representative for the couple told CNN, "The very private and spiritual ceremony, attended by the couples' closest family and friends, was performed by a Christian minister and longtime friend of the HUDSON family. [KATY PERRY was born KATY HUDSON]. The backdrop was the inspirational and majestic countryside of NORTHERN INDIA."
