CITADEL Classic Rock WVRX (105.9 THE EDGE)/ WASHINGTON, D.C. welcomes longtime D.C. radio fixture CERPHE back to the airwaves as afternoon man. CERPHE began his career in the '70s on WHFS and has been a fixture in the market ever since, most recently at WTGB before it flipped from Classic Rock to AC.
