Ricci Filiar Adds PD Duties At KKSF, Alan Eisenson Named PD At KNEW-A/KKGN-A

Bay Area PD Changes

KISQ/SAN FRANCISCO PD RICCI FILIAR will be changing a programming chair or two. Effective immediately, FILIAR will no longer oversee programming duties of Talk KNEW-A/KKGN-A, but will add PD oversight at Classic Rack station KKSF(103.7 THE BAND). He replaces DAVE LOGAN.

"RICCI has proven his exceptional ability to program Gold-based formats with the dramatic turnaround of 98.1 KISS FM," CLEAR CHANNEL/SAN FRANCISCO Dir./Operations DON PARKER said. "I know he'll bring that same expertise to THE BAND as he gets back to his roots in the format where he started his career at KLSX/LOS ANGELES."

"I am excited for the opportunity to work with DON PARKER and GENE ROMANO as we continue to build 'THE BAND’s' brand,' noted FILIAR, who previously was PD for KRLA/Los Angeles.

Taking over PD duties at KNEW/KKGN will be CLEAR CHANNEL/SACRAMENTO OM ALAN EISENSON. "I'm thrilled to bring ALAN to the SAN FRANCISCO programming team," PARKER said. "His extensive experience in Talk radio will help us guide KNEW and KKGN to the next level and build our NORTHERN CALIFORNIA brands with the synergy of SAN FRANCISCO and SACRAMENTO working together."
