The lineup includes LUDACRIS, WAKA FLOCKA FLAME, SOULJA BOY, CIARA, T-PAIN, LLOYD, JAZIMINE SULLIVAN, TWISTA, JEREMIH, GINUWINE, BOBBY V and SEAN GARRETT.
