Woody Exits Mornings At KTFM, Heading To Sister KTSA-A

Woody Likes To Talk

After two years in mornings at BORDER MEDIA Top 40 KTFM/SAN ANTONIO, WOODY segues to sister Talker KTSA-A to join CHAD BENSON for a nightly talk show at 10p. They will replace COMPASS MEDIA NETWORKS' TODD SCHNITT show, which is moving to crosstown CLEAR CHANNEL Talk KRPT (92.5 THE PATRIOT) (see below).

BORDER MEDIA VP/English Programming and KTFM PD MARK LANDIS told ALL ACCESS, "We thank WOODY for a great job. Going forward this will be a music-intensive morning show -- so I looking for someone who can work within those parameters. Like, a great afternoon talent, only in mornings who can do it all over an intro and can be topical and funny. If you have that kind of talent I want to know about you!"

Meanwhile, SCHNITT's new home in the market is crosstown CLEAR CHANNEL Talk KRPT (92.5 THE PATRIOT), where he will be cleared live 2-5p CT starting MONDAY (11/1).  SCHNITT's arrival moves DIAL GLOBAL's CLARK HOWARD to 9p-midnight, with TALK RADIO NETWORK's soon-to-end DR. LAURA SCHLESSINGER show exiting the lineup.
