Former CLEAR CHANNEL Sports WTEM-A/WASHINGTON OM/Talk WWRC-A PD TOD CASTLEBERRY joins RED ZEBRA BROADCASTING as VP/Operations, overseeing programming, production and operations for the new company's radio properties and the REDSKINS RADIO NETWORK. RED ZEBRA, owned by WASHINGTON REDSKINS owner DANIEL SNYDER, is gearing up for the launch of a Sports format on its two suburban D.C. FMs and possibly an AM, all recently acquired from MEGA COMMUNICATIONS.
“TOD CASTLEBERRY brings a wealth of operations and programming knowledge to RED ZEBRA. His sports programming experience will be a terrific asset as we build programming for our network of stations and properties,” CEO BENNETT ZIER said in a press release. CASTLEBERRY had been with WTEM since its launch in 1992 until his departure in JANUARY.
