Dolly Parton Signed Bike Recovered
A motorcycle that was stolen in AUGUST (NET NEWS 8/10), has been found in JEFFERSON COUNTY, KY. The motorcycle was to be auctioned off to raise money for breast cancer research and prevention was stolen in KENTUCKY. The bike had been autographed by several Country artists, including TIM McGRAW, TAYLOR SWIFT and DOLLY PARTON.
The 2010 HARLEY-DAVIDSON SPORTSTER was inside a locked trailer when stolen, which was secured with chains in the parking lot of the LEXINGTON affiliate of SUSAN G. KOMEN FOR THE CURE.
The COURIER-JOURNAL reported that the LOUISVILLE METRO POLICE DEPARTMENT said information that led to recovery of the motorcycle was developed during a meth investigation.
Charges are currently pending.
