After airing a number of political commercials during the past month and most of them being negative, KUAD (K99), KTRR (TRI 102.5), KMAX (94.3-MAX FM), KKPL (99 THE POINT), and trust-owned KARS (ROCK 102.9)/FT. COLLINS will drop every commercial on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 3rd.
"These ads have been so nasty," says OM MARK CALLAGHAN, for the cluster of stations owned by TOWNSQUARE MEDIA. "This is one way we can thank our listeners for sticking with us."
Commerical-free music will start at MIDNIGHT on NOVEMBER 3rd and continue until MIDNIGHT, NOVEMBER 4th.
