CLEAR CHANNEL Black Gospel WHAL-A/COLUMBUS, GA has flipped to Spanish Top 40 as "VIVA 1460," which is modeled after sister Spanish Top 40 WWVA (VIVA 105.7)/ATLANTA. WWVA PD GINA LEYVA is currently programming the music while local staff are trained.
