  Condolences to the family and friends of CHARLIE O'DONNELL, an alumni of the ledgendary WFIL-A/PHILADELPHIA, and most recently the announcer for TV's "Wheel of Fortune" for more than 26 years.
  O'DONNELL, 78, lived in SHERMAN OAKS, with his wife ELLEN, reports THE ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER. A family spokesperson said, "They are too upset to talk right now."
